Colegio Menor students understand the balance between giving and receiving. All students are required to complete 200 community service hours as part of their graduation requirements. Many students go beyond these requirements as they discover that the world around them is large and needy.

Volunteer opportunities abound. Some of the projects in which students have taken part include: family food packages with Cajas del Amor, home construction with Habitat for Humanity International, and libraries in two neighboring communities.
